Lomi lomi

Lomi lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage, often translated as 'loving hands'. It is a unique technique using alternating gentle and flowing strokes performed with the forearms. Beginning on the back, the rhythm feels like the soothing roll of ocean waves, followed by connected movements across the shoulders and hips in diagonal balance.

This technique deeply relaxes the body, encourages focus, and restores a feeling of overall balance and harmony.
